You can use Flightplan to create multi-leg flights that mimick the in game Bush Trips in Microsoft Flight Simulator. Flightplan creates Free Flight type flight plans that can be flown in sequence by simply loading the next consecutive flight plan after landing. The https://simflightplan.com/series/pacific-nw/ Pacific Northwest Series is an example of this.
See the YouTube video above for a demonstration, but the general steps are as follows:
Drop pins along your desired route to create an outline of generally where you want to fly. It's not necessary to name these waypoints, you can either move them to an actual point of interest and name them, or just delete them later.
Check the Total Distance (NM) for the route to estimate the number of legs you'll need - taking into consideration the endurance of the aircraft.
Find a Departure and Arrival airport near the first and last pins in your route. Drop Pins for the starting airport and ending airport for your entire route.
Zoom in on the map and look for landmarks, historic sites, famous mountains, canyons, etc using the places pins on the Google Map. Drop pins for each of your desired points of interest.
Review your route to find airports at reasonable distances along your route - again taking into consdideration the endurance of your chosen aircraft. Drop airport pins for each of your desired stops.
Once you have your complete route with airports, you can then use this flight plan as a template to create each individual leg. Start by selecting all waypoints after your first arrival airport and deleting them. You should be left with only your Bush Trip starting airport and the first Arrival airport on your flight plan. Save this as a new file, a common convention is to simply append your file name with _0000, _0001, _0002, etc. sequentially as your create your legs. But you can name them anything you like.
Now just open each flight plan through World Map (or from the cockpit if you're flying multiple legs), and fly them as a free flight. If you prefer to navigate by stop watch and the Nav Log you're welcome to do so, but the Glass Cockpit (if so equipped) will be preloaded when you enter the cockpit.
